Shipping
If you pay by credit/debit card, the processing time takes 2-5 business days. Once the funds are cleared, the shipping will be done within 1-2 business days from the clearance of the funds.
If you pay through PayPal Express Checkout, the funds are cleared immediately and the shipping will be done within 1-2 business days.
If you choose to go the invoicing route and the funds are transferred to our business account, once the funds are cleared (between UK accounts, it happens within 1-2 hours, from overseas, the time may vary), the shipping will take 1-2 business days from the clearance of the funds.
Shipping within the UK will be done by Special Delivery with insurance, covering the full value of the sold item. If the sale is higher than £2500, we will use couriers with insurance, which will cover the higher value item, such as Malca Amit, Brinks or their alternatives.
Shipping internationally should be discussed prior to the purchase with us, as our shipping companies will calculate the costs of shipping, plus taxes which the customer should meet in their country, as we are shipping door-to-door. Our shipping agencies are dealing with the Customs, so the customer can have their peace of mind.
