Now we will talk about fancy coloured diamonds. With fancy coloured diamonds, the situation is the opposite from colourless diamonds. In fancy colours - the higher the colour, the more expensive the diamond is. Colour in fancy coloured diamonds are caused by trace elements, such as boron (blue diamonds), for example. Some colours are caused by irregularities in their lattice and such a defect produces pinks and reds. Diamonds come in almost every colour you could imagine, but some hues are seen more often than others.
