Alrosa recovered a unique 179 ct rough diamond from the Nyurbinskaya kimberlite pipe in Yakutia in 2015. It took 1.5 years for the best craftsmen of Diamonds Alrosa to create 5 amazing pieces of art - 5 diamonds The Dynasty, Sheremetev, Orlov, Vorontsov and Yusupov. The last four diamonds got their names from four Russian powerful personas in the Russian Empire as a tribute to them.
Alrosa created amazing collection of diamonds including Dynasty diamond 51.38ct D VVS1 round brilliant - the largest polished diamond with the best clarity characteristics in Russian jewellery history.
The other four stones are Sheremetev diamond of 16.67ct round brilliant D/VVS1, Orlov diamond 5.05ct oval D/VVS1, Vorontsov 1.73ct D/VVS1 and Yusupov 1.39ct oval D/VVS1. Amazing craftsmanship of Russian diamond industry!
The diamonds will be auctioned in November of 2017.
